Objective

This video outlines the steps to access, add, edit, and display Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on the website for lab results management.


Key Steps

 

1. Accessing the COAs Tool 1:00



  • Log into the backend of the website using WordPress.

  • Navigate to the dashboard.

  • Click on the COAs tool located on the left-hand side of the screen.

 

2. Adding New COAs 1:47

  • Click on 'Add New COA' at the top of the COAs page.

  • Enter a name for the batch of test results (e.g., 'Harvest 3').

  • Add test result documents by: 

    • Giving each document a title that correlates with the COAs module.

    • Optionally adding a subtitle (e.g., strain type).

    • Uploading the PDF documents outlining the test results.

    • If applicable, add an external URL for displaying COAs.

  • Once all information is entered, click 'Publish' on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Verify that the new COA (e.g., 'Harvest 3') is displayed in the COAs module.

  • Click 'Add File' to upload multiple PDFs.

  • Hold down the shift key to select multiple files.

  • Click 'Select' to upload all chosen files.

  • Name each file with a title and subtitle as needed, then click 'Save'.

  • Click on the batch you wish to edit.

  • Update the title, subtitle, URL, or replace the linked file as necessary.

  • Click 'Update' in the publish box to save changes.

  • Click 'Edit Page' in the top toolbar.

  • In the page builder, click 'Add Module'.
